Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The child lives with his mother and five siblings. His father passed away five years ago from an undiagnosed illness. His mother works as a cook at a nearby hotel, while his school fees are covered by the family’s church pastor. He is a humble boy who enjoys tending to the family’s goats after school and aspires to become a banker in the future. Recently, he developed diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. His mother initially administered herbal remedies, but his condition worsened, leaving him weak and unable to attend school. A friend then informed him about Helpster Charity, after which he was brought to the hospital to receive assistance.
