Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The child lives with his grandfather and other grandchildren following the death of his parents. His grandfather, a peasant farmer, relies on growing bananas and potatoes to provide for the family. The child attends school with his fees supported by a faith-based community organization. He dreams of becoming a doctor in the future and often helps his grandfather with farm work after school and on weekends. Recently, he developed painful urination, which later progressed to difficulty in passing urine. His grandfather initially gave him herbal remedies, but the condition worsened until he was unable to pass urine due to severe pain. A community health promoter, who had learned about Helpster during previous hospital meetings, advised the grandfather to take the child to the hospital, where he was referred for further assistance.
Medical history
Treva Eketi was examined tested and found to be suffering from urinary tract infection. Treva was treated with I.v antibiotics and painkillers and was under observation for 3 days. Outcome
There is good prognosis with prompt diagnosis and treatment before complications set in. If the child is left untreated the condition can become complicated leading to the child kidneys to fail
