Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abubakar was a four year old boy having to be the third born of his family he wanted to become a soldier when grown up she leaves with his parents at tajuwa village He started having fever followed by chills and rigors ,upon presentation to our hospital it was discovered he had Malaria.
Medical history
Abdullahi recovery continued. HE returned to playing with his friends, laughter echoing through the village. His parents, forever grateful to Helpster charity and the medical staff, treatment that saved their son’s life, became vocal advocates for malaria prevention.The patient received an immediate intravenous (IV) dose of Artesunate (2.4 mg/kg). This is the first-line treatment because it clears parasites faster than older drugs.
Outcome
Severe malaria is a life-threatening medical emergency that requires immediate and intensive treatment. The prognosis is poor without treatment, with a mortality rate approaching 100%, particularly in cases of cerebral malaria. Even with modern medical care, the case fatality rate for severe malaria can exceed 20%, even in intensive care units.
