Babi'atu she is six years old girl who have a passion of becoming actress when grown up she is the first born in her family they leave in Tajuwa village her father is a farmer Upon presentation at our hospital, upon evaluation, she was diagnosed with Fungal infection of the Buttocks.

Rabiatu was clinically evaluated and diagnosed with a fungal skin infection. Following confirmation of the diagnosis, treatment was initiated promptly using a topical antifungal medication applied to the affected areas. The caregivers were properly guided on how to apply the medication and the need to maintain good hygiene. Treatment was administered for one day, during which the child showed early clinical improvement, including reduced itching and mild fading of the skin lesions. There were no complications observed during or after treatment. The child remained stable and responded well to the initial intervention. The caregivers were advised to continue the prescribed medication at home and complete the full course to ensure complete recovery and prevent recurrence. They were also educated on maintaining proper hygiene and avoiding practices that could lead to reinfection. The child was reviewed and allowed to go home in stable condition, with signs of early improvement noted.

Doctor's opinion is that Rabi has a fungal infection which is amenable to treatment and can also be life-threatening. Fungal Infection has a good prognosis and outcome with timely and correct diagnosis followed by a complete course of the appropriate antifungal medication. Some fungal infections are difficult to treat.
