Fatima bulama is a 9year old girl who chase her dream by creativity and wanted her dream to become true by becoming and engineer when grown up her father was a farmer. She started having fever and headaches and upon presentation at out hospital she was diagnosed to have severe malaria. Patient with severe malaria who has failed to respond to antibiotics is in a state of rapid multi-organ failure due to an unchecked parasitic infection. The delay in diagnosis and treatment has pushed them to the brink of death, making immediate and aggressive medical intervention a matter of life and death. The shift from a bacterial to a parasitic diagnosis is the most critical step in saving the patient.

Fatima recovery continued. She returned to playing with his friends, laughter echoing through the village. Her parents, forever grateful to Helpster charity and the medical staff, treatment that saved their son’s life, became vocal advocates for malaria prevention.The patient received an immediate intravenous (IV) dose of Artesunate (2.4 mg/kg).
