Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Outcome
"Severe malaria" is a well-documented and life-threatening medical condition. However, "helithesis" does not appear to be a recognized medical term. It's possible that you may have intended to type a different word. Therefore, I will provide information on the doctor's opinion and prognosis for severe malaria, as well as an explanation of what "helithesis" most likely refers to.
