Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

' I will study nursing and treat children here in my neighbourhood. I also want to help my brother when I finally get a job. He has done so much for me and my siblings since our parents passed away 4 years ago.' Catherine is a brilliant girl who lives with her brother and other 3 siblings in Kaptembwa Slums of Nakuru Kenya. According to the brother, the young one developed respiratory problems at the age of 6 months. She is always on medication and close monitor by a doctor. Since the death of their parents, Catherine's brother has taken the initiative of taking Сatherine to hospital and taking care of treatment cost despite his meagre wages. If Helpster can help with the treatment plan of this young girl, she will live to achieve her dream of becoming a nurse and the brother will channel the little he earns to other basic needs for the family.

Medical history

Catherine is stable with the medication given. She will need another set in the end of January 2023

Outcome

There is no known cure for asthma, but it can be controlled. Symptoms can be prevented by avoiding triggers, such as allergens and respiratory irritants, and suppressed with the use of inhaled corticosteroids (nebulizers).
