Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Meet Moh'd, a 2-year-old boy who enjoys playing with toys and snacking. Lately, he's been dealing with a swelling on his left side in the scrotum, which doesn't go away when touched, but it doesn't hurt.
Medical history
Moh'd was admitted for surgery on December 8th, 2023, due to a left congenital hydrocele. The surgery was successful, and he received his post-operative medications as prescribed. He was discharged from the hospital on December 11th, 2023.
Outcome
If left untreated, congenital hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and damage to the affected organs. Surgery is often required to repair congenital hernias to prevent these potentially serious complications.
