Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Usaini is 14year old boy who have the intention of becoming a soldier to save his country and save his parents he is third born of the family he leave with his parents at amshi village. Usaini was apparently well until one week ago when he presented to the hospital with complaints of abdominal pains, fever, headache, and vomiting. He was found at a medical outreach in Tajuwon and referred to the hospital for expert management. On presentation at the hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Acute Appendicitis Appendicitis is the inflammation of the appendix, a small, finger-like pouch attached to the large intestine. When it becomes inflamed, it can cause severe pain in the lower right abdomen, nausea, vomiting, and fever. In a 14-year-old, as with anyone, if appendicitis is suspected, it is a medical emergency. The standard treatment is an appendectomy, which is the surgical removal of the appendix.
Medical history
Usaini was diagnosed with acute appendicitis, which required immediate surgery to prevent rupture and complications. The child was admitted and in the theatre during the surgery, Doctors focused on pain control, preventing infection, and restoring normal bowel function. Surgery was successful and there were no complications. Usaini started improving following the surgery, pains reduced, and infections were controlled, and he was subsequently discharged home. He was happy to resume his life without have sharp and severe abdominal pains, his parents were happy and grateful to Helpster Charity.
Outcome
Appendectomy, the surgical removal of the appendix, is the standard and definitive treatment for appendicitis. Medical professionals generally view it as a highly successful procedure with an excellent prognosis, especially when performed before the appendix ruptures.
