Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rooney comes from a poor background, as his father is a manual laborer. The boy works hard in school and would like to be a pilot when he grows up. He likes to help around the house doing chores, and once he is done helping, he likes to play football or to watch football on TV. He has been unwell for the past week with the symptoms of headache, joint pain, and vomiting, that have worsened over the past few days.
Medical history
Was treated for severe malaria for a few days as an in-patient after which he showed improvement and was discharged to go home and continue taking oral medication while. He came for check up 3 days after discharge and was confirmed to be doing well
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
