Kabiru Bello is a curious and imaginative 2-year-old who enjoys playing with toy cars, drawing in the sand, and listening to stories. He dreams of becoming a builder so he can create big houses for people. Kabiru Bello, a 2-year-old male, was admitted to General Hospital Nguru on 18th July 2025 with complaints of generalized weakness, poor feeding, and significant weight loss over the past 3 weeks. The patient also presented with extensive skin ulcers on the left lower limb following a recent trauma, requiring skin grafting On examination, Kabiru appeared cachectic with visible muscle wasting and multiple hyperpigmented scars around the ulcer sites. The skin lesions were noted to be infected and non-healing There was no fever or other systemic symptoms. The patient's immunization status was up to date.

Kabiru Bello, a 2-year-old boy with severe malnutrition was admitted on 18th July 2025 in general hospital nguru. He received therapeutic feeding (F-75 then F-100), intravenous antibiotics,nutritional rehabilitation, and supplements were provided. Kabiru showed steady improvement gaining weight, regaining appetite, and He was discharged in stable condition on 26th July 2025 with home care and follow-up instructions.
