Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Aysha Siddika, a kind and gentle homemaker, lives with her husband, a poor day laborer, and their little son in a small rented house. Despite their struggles, she always keeps her family happy with her cooking and soft songs. Now at 35 weeks of pregnancy, Aysha faces a dangerous complication called oligohydramnios, and doctors have advised a repeat C-section to save her and her unborn baby. The family, already burdened with daily hardship, cannot arrange the high cost of surgery. Without urgent treatment, Aysha’s life and the life of her unborn child may fall into grave danger, leaving her husband and little boy heartbroken.
Medical history
Aysha Siddika was admitted to the hospital on August 27, 2025, with a diagnosis of severe oligohydramnios. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 30, 2025, in good health. Her sister came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. She was especially thankful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster.
Outcome
Oligohydramnios can indicate underlying issues and can lead to complications for both the mother and the baby, including impaired fetal lung development, limb contractures, and issues during labor and delivery. That's why is urgent need to conduct C- section as her first delivery was C-section. If it is not performed so, she and her child go for critical situation.
