Precious is 1st child of the family of 7, he lives with his grandfather in 2rooms rented apartment. He is well known in the community because of his good behavior, he love reading and listening to music and he wish to be a lawyer. His mother is a primary school teacher with income of 3000 and his father is a substance farmer his income not known. He started having Abdominal pain and Vomiting. The abdominal pain has been recurring associated with vomiting and diarrhea,he is not not tolerating oral and the pain is much. Upon presentation at our hospital he was diagnosed with appendicitis If appendicitis is not treated, it can lead to serious complications, the most severe being a ruptured appendix. When the appendix ruptures, it releases bacteria into the abdomen, potentially leading to a serious infection called peritonitis, which can be life-threatening. An abscess, which is a pocket of infection, may also form. Treatment for appendicitis usually involves surgery to remove the appendix, a procedure known as an appendectomy.
