Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Arafat is a boy of 14 years from a family of 6. His father is a farmer, and his mother is a housewife. Arafat is an active and curious boy. He studies in a Madrasa and dreams to be Hafej in the Quran. The family struggles to live.

Medical history

Arafat was suffering from acute pain in his throat. Painkillers didn't help him. Arafat couldn't get the proper help in the nearest free hospital, as there are no such doctors. Arafat got help in Sima General Hospital, tonsillectomy, and now feels much better. No Arafat is happily back home and his school. Arafat's family is thankful to Helpster, Mr.Ashish (Helpster Volunteer) and Sima General Hospital.

Outcome

The patient needs hospitalization for better treatment. If not treated, can lead to further complications as abscess.
