Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
15 years old Ruth Audi is the 3rd child of her family. She lives with her parents. Her father works in a poultry farm while hos mother is a cleaner in a family house. All 7 of them live in a room and parlour apartment. According to the mother, the child was treated last month but returned after a week she started running temperature, vomiting, complaints of stomach pains, headache and loss of appetite. The family went to government hospital but could not pay for the services so they were advised to go through Helpster Charity. Upon presentation and after proper evaluation She was diagnosed of severe Malaria fever plus sepsis (abdominal focus), She was then admitted and placed on appropriate medications with fluid infusions.
Medical history
The child made significant recovery and was discharged with some take home medication including ACT and pain killers.
Outcome
Her prognosis is good. This is a case of malaria and Typhoid which is common amongst people in this season because of the rain, stagnant and contaminated water. With prompt intervention and appropriate treatments with antimalaria drugs/ injection, ORS, some pain killers and antibiotics the patient would be discharged within a few days.
