Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Outcome
The diagnosis of "prolonged obstructed labour with fetal distress" indicates a serious, high-risk situation for both the mother and the baby. Fetal distress: This means the baby is in a difficult or compromised state, likely due to a lack of oxygen. This requires immediate intervention, typically a Caesarean section, to prevent severe harm or death to the fetus. Prolonged obstructed labour: This is a serious complication where the baby cannot descend through the birth canal despite strong uterine contractions. It can lead to severe complications for the mother, including uterine rupture, infection, and postpartum hemorrhage, and for the baby, including brain damage.
