Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abniel is 4 years old. The 2nd out of 3 children. His father is a plumber and the the mother sells vegetables. He is in nursery 3 in a government school. Abniel has become so weak few days ago, he couldn't eat, his body temperature became so high, and feels heavy on his head. The father bought some paracetamol syrup because no money to take him to the hospital. They heard about Helpster Charity from their church member and reached out Albishir. Upon presentation , Abniel was diagnosed with malaria and respiratory tract infection afterwards.
Medical history
Abniel who was diagnosed with malaria and respiratory tract infection has recovered well following treatment with support from Helpster Charity and medical care at Albishir Clinic. Antimalarial and antibiotic medications were effective, with resolution of fever, cough, and general weakness, no allergies nor reactions. The patient is now stable, tolerating feeds, and regaining strength, making them fit for discharge with follow-up care.
Outcome
Early diagnosis and prompt treatment lead to good recovery, while prevention with mosquito control and protective nets is key. His parents were thoroughly advised. Most resolve with proper care, but severe cases in children, elderly, or immunocompromised people may cause complications if untreated.
