The home was introduced to Helpster Charity through a site visit by the medical team from Rheemah Hospital together with a Helpster volunteer. For the past month, Mitchell has been unwell, experiencing persistent generalized body rashes. Despite being given oral medication, there was no improvement. Two days ago, her condition worsened, and she developed pain in both eyes, difficulty swallowing, and a productive cough.

Upon arrival at Rheemah Hospital, Mitchelle Sydney presented with generalized body rashes for one month, bilateral eye pain, painful swallowing, hoarseness of the voice, and a productive cough. After a thorough examination by the attending medical officer, she was diagnosed with acute tonsillitis and an allergic reaction. Prompt treatment was administered, leading to significant improvement. Helpster Charity covered her medical expenses, ensuring timely care. A follow-up call made yesterday confirmed that Mitchelle is doing well and is planning to return to school on Monday when it reopens.
