Bipasha Akter, a hopeful mother-to-be, lives a life of hardship with her husband, a day laborer whose meager earnings are barely enough to sustain them. Mst Bipasha Akter was admitted to the hospital on August, 2025, with a diagnosis of severe oligohydramnios and Less Fetal Movement. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 29, 2025, in good health. Severe oligohydramnios can indicate underlying issues and can lead to complications for both the mother and the baby, including impaired fetal lung development, limb contractures, and issues during labor and delivery. Her another problem is less fetal movement. Less fetal movements with key risk factors such as FGR, small-for-gestational-age (SGA) fetus, placental insufficiency and congenital malfor- mations.
