A 2 year old child from poor home.He is joyful and he likes playing with friends. Mohammed was living with his father, mother 3 senior brothers, who are lives in gwange sabon layi area of custom, his dream is to become a police officer in the future. About 1 year ago his mother noticed right scrotal swelling that is unusual, reducible and is associated with mild pain, discomfort and feeling of heaviness, pain subsides with Analgesics. Mohammad, a 2-year-old male, presented with a history of reducible inguinoscrotal swelling, occasionally accompanied by pain and mild obstruction. After thorough evaluation, he was diagnosed with inguinoscrotal swelling. He underwent successful hydrocele repair surgery without immediate complications. Following a 3-day hospital stay for close monitoring and post-operative care, mohammad recovered well and was discharged home with a scheduled follow-up appointment for 1 week.
