Most. Sheuly Khatun, a 34-week pregnant housewife, lives in a tin-shed house with nine family members, including her husband, parents-in-law, grandparents, and a brother-in-law’s family. Her husband, Mohammad Al Amin, is a poor day laborer earning only around 7,000 BDT per month, which barely covers food and basic needs, leaving nothing for medical expenses. Despite her hardships, Sheuly remains a caring mother of two and dreams of welcoming a healthy baby, but her pregnancy is complicated with a breech position and a history of caesarean and miscarriages. If she cannot receive proper treatment, she risks life-threatening complications such as birth trauma, stillbirth, or even losing her own life. The whole family depends on her strength, and without help, their dream of a safe delivery may turn into tragedy.

Most Sheuly Khatun was admitted to the hospital on September 12, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on September 16, 2025, in good health. The doctor advised that a planned caesarean section is essential to ensure the safety of both Most Sheuly Khatun and her baby, given the breech position and her previous caesarean. If left untreated or if a natural delivery is attempted, both mother and child could face serious life-threatening complications, including obstructed labor, hemorrhage, or stillbirth. Close monitoring and proper medical care at this stage will allow for a safer delivery and improve outcomes for both. Early intervention is therefore critical to protect the health and life of both mother and baby.
