Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Emamul is an energetic 8-year-old boy who lives with his family in a village in the Pabna district. His parents are farmers and work in the fields when it's not raining. They don't have much money, so they can't afford the medical treatment Emamul needs. He's been experiencing severe stomach pain and had to come to the hospital for more tests. It turns out Emamul requires surgery.
Medical history
Emmamul's disease was hypospadias with chordee meatal stenosis which means that the outlet of urine is not in front. He had it downwards, due to which the urine did not fall forward, the urinary tract was thin, like a hood, and the penis was curved. The only treatment for this disease is surgery. Surgery involves bringing the urethra forward, thickening the urethra, straightening the curved penis, and removing excess skin that looks like a hoodie. It was a complicated operation, and the operation was successful. Now Emmamul is doing well, he is back to her normal life. Emmamul parents and hospital authorities are happy that the operation was successful.
Outcome
The patient is suffering from abdominal pain, and cannot urinate properly. The patient is diagnosed with Glandular hypospadias with mild chordee & metal stenosis. If left untreated, this can lead to urinary tract infections and kidney problems.
