Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Tosin is first child of the family, According to the grandmother, she is an apprentice as a sewing mistress. Her father as moved on with other women and she has been leaving with the paternal grandmother since the mother left to marry another husband. The abdominal pain has been on and off, the current one stated 4days ago associated with vomiting and fever , she has been on pain killers and antibiotics but there was no improvement, then she came to our hospital,. Upon presentation at our hospital,and after further evaluation,she was diagnosed with acute appendicitis.
Medical history
She was promptly evaluated and diagnosed, then underwent an appendectomy (surgical removal of the inflamed appendix). She also received medications such as antibiotics and pain management before and after the surgery. The surgery was successful, and Tosin recovered well. Her symptoms resolved, and she was able to return to normal activities without complications.
Outcome
Tosin's Prognosis is very good. Though it was a case of acute appendicitis ,the patient will recover fully within a few weeks with no long-term complications
