Kulsum Akter, a 24-year-old mother-to-be, is a devoted and hardworking woman who enjoys caring for her family and managing household chores, even as she faces a high-risk pregnancy. She lives with her husband, a day laborer earning only 6,000 BDT a month, and their extended family of seven in a small tin-made house, leaving no means to afford the urgent medical care she needs. The patient, Kulsum akter was admitted to City Clinic on 14 September 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy 2.5 kg male baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 18th September 2025 with proper postnatal advice.
