Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most Masuda Khatun, a gentle housewife with a love for cooking, lives in a crowded tin-shed home with her husband, a day laborer, and eight other family members who all depend on his small, uncertain income. This is her first pregnancy, and she dreams of holding a healthy baby in her arms, but her condition has become critical due to breech presentation and oligohydramnios. Without urgent medical intervention, she faces the grave risks of cord prolapse, birth trauma, or even stillbirth. The family, already burdened with poverty and daily struggles to afford food, cannot bear the cost of hospital care. With timely treatment, however, there is real hope for both Masuda and her baby to survive safely and bring joy to their struggling household.
Medical history
Masuda Khatun was admitted to the hospital on September 11, 2025, with a diagnosis of a first time pregnancy with Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on September 15, 2025, in good health. Her mother came to the hospital to receive her and her child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Her mother was especially thankful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster.
Outcome
With a timely caesarean section, Masuda and her baby have a high chance of a safe delivery, minimizing the risks associated with breech presentation and Oligohydramnois. Proper surgical intervention can prevent life-threatening complications such as birth trauma, cord prolapse, or stillbirth. The procedure will allow the baby to be born healthy and reduce the physical stress and danger to the mother. If left untreated, both mother and child could face severe, potentially fatal outcomes, turning what should be a joyful birth into a critical medical emergency. Early intervention is therefore crucial to safeguard the lives and future health of both mother and baby.
