Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Nargis Khatun, a 18-year-old mother of two, has always dreamed of raising healthy, educated children, but now faces a life-threatening pregnancy at 38+ weeks, complicated by polyhydramnios, severe anemia, UTI, and a history of two previous cesarean sections. Despite her resilience, hard work in cooking, gardening, and poultry farming, and her loving care for her children, Nargis risks serious complications—including severe bleeding, infection, or even death—if she does not receive immediate surgical intervention.
