Tamim is a bright and curious 6-year-old boy who loves cricket and dreams of becoming an engineer one day, often building houses and bridges with his toy blocks. He lives in a tin-shed home with his parents and four other family members, where financial struggles make it impossible to afford his urgent treatment. Recently, Tamim developed painful swelling in his scrotum and lower abdomen, which has become so severe that he can no longer play, walk comfortably, or attend school. Without immediate medical care, his condition could worsen, leading to permanent complications that may shatter both his health and his dreams. The whole family is deeply worried, fearing the loss of their joyful child who has always been the heart of their home.

Tamim was admitted on 02.09.2025 and underwent successful surgery on the same day for his congenital left-sided inguinal hernia and hydrocele. During the operation, the hernia was repaired, and the hydrocele fluid was carefully removed under general anesthesia. The procedure was completed without any complications, and Tamim was kept under close observation throughout his recovery. By the following days, his pain and swelling began to improve significantly. With proper post-operative care, he gradually regained his strength and was able to move around comfortably. Tamim was discharged on 05.09.2025 in stable condition, free from pain and ready to return to his normal, active childhood life.

Tamim has developed painful swelling in the left side of his scrotum and lower abdomen, causing him great discomfort and limiting his normal daily activities. He has been diagnosed with congenital left-sided inguinal hernia and hydrocele, both requiring surgical treatment. If treated promptly, he is expected to recover fully, return to normal growth, and live a healthy, active life. However, without treatment, he may face serious complications such as intestinal strangulation, increasing pain, and infection. Immediate surgery is strongly advised to ensure his safe recovery and prevent long-term risks.
