Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Michael is an eight year old girl, who loves to read, play sports and dreams of becoming a lawyer when she grows up. She developed a swelling about one year ago, it has since increased in size, and is causing pain and discomfort.

Medical history

Michael was successfully operated on November 31st for inguinal hernia, and discharged home on December 2nd. She feels much better, reads, and plays with her friends with the swelling to give her discomfort or pains.

Outcome

If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
