Elma Islam, an 8-year-old Class 3 student who loves reading and writing and dreams of becoming a teacher, suddenly fell seriously ill with severe diarrhea more than 20 times a day, accompanied by fever. The illness left her weak, dehydrated, and in urgent need of hospital admission. Her father, Md. Younus, earns only BDT 5,000 a month from field work to support the entire family, including Elma’s mother Sumi Begum, her 5-year-old sister Iqra, and her grandmother Joygun Begum. With such a small income, the family struggles even for daily food and cannot afford hospital expenses. Without timely treatment, Elma’s condition could worsen rapidly, putting her young life and her dreams of becoming a teacher at serious risk.

Elma Islam is 8 yrs old girl. Suddenly he got loose motion for more than 20 times in a day with fever . His mother came to our hospital in 15 September 2025.Doctor diagnosed this case as acute severe diarrhoea with fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital for better management .Doctor and Nurses provide the patient proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Elma comes round from her illness and becomes heathy. At 18 September 2025, we discharged them.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Severe diarrhoea is a medical emergency condition. If it is not treated properly, it may cause electrolyte imbalance, lethargy, convulsion, coma and even Death. For this reason, doctor suggests hospital admitted treatment protocol to save life of the child
