Munnuza, a 32-year-old housewife with a kind and gentle heart, is loved by everyone for her honesty and compassion, especially her affection for animals. She lives with six family members in very poor conditions, where financial hardship makes it impossible to cover the urgent treatment she now needs. At 37 weeks of pregnancy, she has been diagnosed with severe oligohydramnios, a life-threatening condition that endangers both her and her unborn child. Without immediate medical intervention, the family faces the devastating risk of losing both mother and baby, shattering their dreams and leaving her two children without their mother’s love. Her family, who admire her selflessness and her dream of one day starting a pet farm, are desperately hoping for help to save her life and her baby’s future.

Mst. Monnuza, a third gravida at 37 weeks of pregnancy, was admitted on 17.09.2025 with severe oligohydramnios and signs of fetal distress. On the same day, she underwent a successful operation to ensure the safety of both her and her baby. Following the surgery, she received timely and effective medical management, including proper post-operative care, pain relief, and attentive nursing support to promote a smooth recovery. The healthcare team closely monitored her condition to prevent any complications and ensure her well-being. Thanks to this careful and prompt treatment, she recovered well and was discharged on 20.09.2025 in stable condition. Both she and her baby are now healthy, and she is able to gradually resume her normal daily activities.

If an immediate cesarean section is not performed, Munnuza’s condition may progress to intrauterine fetal death (IUFD) due to ongoing fetal distress caused by severe oligohydramnios. The baby's life is at significant risk as the lack of amniotic fluid can lead to oxygen deprivation and other complications. However, with timely lower uterine cesarean section (LUCS), there is a strong chance of saving the baby. Early intervention can ensure a safe delivery and prevent further deterioration of the baby's condition.
