Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Child loves to play with her siblings and likes dancing to songs. Her mother has dreams of Hellen becoming a journalist. Presented to the hospital with persistent crying and was also coughing.
Medical history
Hellen was diagnosed with a respiratory infection, which could be treated as an outpatient. She was given oral medication and discharged to go home. A follow-up review two days later confirmed that she was progressing well.
Outcome
If an upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) is not treated, it can weaken the immune system and the body's natural defenses. This can make it easier for other infections, such as bacterial sinusitis or ear infections, to develop as secondary complications. If the URTI is caused by a contagious virus (e.g., the common cold or influenza), untreated individuals can continue to spread the infection to others, potentially leading to outbreaks in close-contact settings like schools or workplaces.
