Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ibrahim lives with his grandmother following the death of his mother and is unaware of his father’s whereabouts. His grandmother, who is the family’s sole provider, relies heavily on the support of well-wishers. TIbrahim attends school daily and helps care for the family goats on weekends. Ibrahim enjoys playing football with his friends and aspires to become a teacher in the future. Recently, he developed septic rashes that progressed into open wounds due to inadequate care. This was later accompanied by fever. His grandmother attempted to treat him with herbal remedies, but there was no improvement. The condition worsened to the point where the boy was unable to walk to school.
Medical history
Ibrahim presented with widespread body rashes, multiple open wounds, and a fever that had persisted for two weeks without treatment. Upon examination and testing, he was diagnosed with septic rashes and wounds. He received treatment to reduce pain and inflammation, antibiotics, and regular wound cleaning with antiseptic iodine. Ibrahim showed significant improvement and has now returned to his normal activities. He helps his grandmother care for the family goats and enjoys playing football with his friends. His grandmother expressed her gratitude to Helpster Charity for the support and care provided.
Outcome
Ibrahim’s septic rashes and open wounds will improve significantly with the prompt and appropriate medical treatment, including antibiotics, wound care, and supportive care. Early intervention reduces the risk of complications such as systemic infection or prolonged disability. With proper care, hygiene, and monitoring, the wounds are expected to heal over time, allowing Ibrahim to regain mobility and return to his normal activities, including attending school.
