Josna B., 37

Josna Begum, a calm and hopeful 37-year-old mother, lives in a small tin-made house with her husband, two children, two brother of husband and two elderly family members, surviving on her husband’s meager 7,000 BDT monthly income as a day laborer. Now 31+ weeks pregnant with her third child, she faces serious complications including breech presentation and mild oligohydramnios, along with a history of two previous C-sections, putting both her life and her baby’s at high risk. Despite her gentle and resilient nature, her family cannot afford the urgent cesarean section required for a safe delivery. Without timely surgery, Josna and her baby could face life-threatening complications, including obstructed labor, fetal distress, or even death. Her family, already struggling to meet daily needs, is desperately appealing for help to ensure Josna and her baby survive safely.

The patient, Josna Begum was admitted to City Clinic on 10th November 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy 3 kg female baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 14th November 2025 with proper postnatal advice.
