Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Nurujjaman, a gentle and polite 4-year-old boy who loves playing football and dreams of becoming a teacher, has recently developed swelling and pain in his right scrotum, making it hard for him to play or even sit comfortably. He lives with his parents and three siblings in a crowded camp, where daily life is already a struggle for the family of six. His parents cannot afford the medical treatment he urgently needs, as even basic necessities are difficult to manage on their limited income. Without timely surgery, Nurujjaman risks worsening pain, infection, or long-term complications that could affect his health and future. His family is deeply worried, praying for a chance to save their beloved little boy and restore his playful, joyful days.

Medical history

Nuruzzaman Nur had been experiencing scrotal swelling on the right side, along with pain during walking and difficulty sitting, which caused him considerable discomfort in daily life. After medical evaluation, he was diagnosed with a right-sided hydrocele. To address the issue, he was admitted to the hospital on 20.09.2025. A surgical procedure was successfully carried out on 22.09.2025 to remove the fluid buildup and relieve the pressure. The operation went smoothly without any complications. Post-surgery, Nuruzzaman received proper medication, rest, and follow-up care to support his healing. He responded well to the treatment and made a steady recovery. He was discharged in good health on 25.09.2025 and is now doing well, free from pain and able to move comfortably.

Outcome

Nurujjaman’s hydrocele, causing scrotal swelling, pain, and difficulty in sitting, requires timely surgical treatment for full recovery. If left untreated, the condition may worsen, leading to increased discomfort, restricted movement, and potential complications such as infection or testicular damage. Early intervention will relieve his symptoms, restore normal function, and allow him to resume daily activities and play without pain.
