Background

Medical history
Momina Banu was 35 weeks pregnant when she was admitted to the hospital on 10.10.2025 with abdominal pain, discomfort, and hardening of the abdomen. After examination, she was diagnosed with a breech presentation, which made normal delivery unsafe for both mother and baby. The doctors performed a successful cesarean section to ensure their safety. After the operation, she received proper medical management, pain relief, and close nursing care. The nursing staff carefully monitored her condition, provided wound care, and supported her in early recovery. With effective treatment and compassionate care, both Momina and her baby recovered well. She was discharged in good health on 10.10.2025.
Outcome
The doctor has recommended a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) under spinal anesthesia (SAB) as the safest treatment option for Mst. Momina Banu.
