Md. Murad Hossain, a bright 16-year-old student with dreams of becoming a teacher, now lies weak from Typhoid fever and the burden of a psychosomatic disorder. His father, a day laborer, struggles to feed a family of seven in their small tin-shed house, leaving them unable to afford the medical care Murad urgently needs. Despite his illness, Murad worries more about missing school and disappointing his younger siblings, who look up to him as a role model. Without proper treatment, his condition could worsen, threatening his education, his health, and the future he envisions for his family and community. His mother and siblings anxiously watch over him, fearing that the boy who once inspired hope in their household may lose his chance to live out his dream

Murad Hossain was admitted to the hospital on September 20, 2025, with occasional fever. After diagnoses, he was found with Psychosomatic disorder. After getting treatment for seven days, he was discharged on September 22, 2025, in good health. His uncle came to the hospital to receive him. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and, Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. According to the doctor’s prognosis, with timely parenteral antibiotic treatment after hospital admission, along with proper nutrition, rest, and psychological support, the child is expected to make a full recovery and regain both physical strength and emotional stability. Early and appropriate treatment will prevent serious complications such as intestinal perforation, severe dehydration, or long-term psychological distress. However, if left untreated, the infection could spread to other organs, leading to life-threatening conditions and prolonged emotional disturbance. Continuous medical care, psychological counseling, and family support will be essential for the child’s complete recovery and future well-being.
