Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Ramsey is a five-year-old boy from Nyangoma Village and the youngest in his family. His mother is a street hawker who sells mandazi door-to-door. Ramsey is a polite and humble child who enjoys running and playing. He had been unwell for a week, during which his mother tried treating him with traditional herbs, but his condition worsened. He developed fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and night chills. His mother first took him to the local clinic, where he was attended to and sent home, but he did not improve. A Community Health Provider later brought him to the hospital, where he was examined, diagnosed, and treated.

Medical history

RAMSEY WAS BROUGHT TO THE FACILITY AFTER THE MOTHER HAD TRIED TREATMENT WITH HERBAL MEDICINE WITH NO AVAIL.HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SEVERE MALARIA AND WAS PROMPTLY ATTENDED TO WITH IV ARTESUNATE WHICH HE RESPONDED TO POSITIVELY AND HAD A GOOD PROGNOSIS.HE WAS THEN DISCHARGED WITH ORAL ANTIMALARIALS TO CURE THE PARASISTIC STAGE .RAMSEY HAS RECOVERED FROM SICKNESS HE HAS GONE BACK TO SCHOOL AND CAN HELP WITH SOME WORK AT HOME.CURRENTLY HE HAS NO COMPLAINT AND HAS GONE BACK TO HIS NORMAL HEALTH.

Outcome

Ramsey was brought in the facility by the mother after she tried herbal medicine with no success. He was promptly attended to and by day 2 of admission he showed marked improvement and his prognosis was good.A follow up check up was done and he has recovered fully and has gone back to his normal life.
