Raseda, a 26-year-old woman with a gentle and caring heart, lives in a crowded camp with her husband, parents, and four siblings, where survival itself is a daily struggle. Her husband does not have a steady income, and the little they earn goes toward food and basic needs, leaving nothing for costly medical treatment. Despite her own pain, Raseda spends her days making handmade cloth and helping her family, showing patience and dedication even in hardship. Now, at 33 weeks of pregnancy with a breech baby, her life and her baby’s life are in danger without urgent medical intervention. If she cannot receive timely treatment, her dream of raising her child with love and values may end in a tragic loss for the entire family.

Rasheda Khatun was admitted to the hospital on 16.10.2025 with a diagnosis of breech presentation. After proper evaluation, doctors decided to perform a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) for a safe delivery. The operation was done successfully under skilled medical supervision. After surgery, she received regular monitoring, pain management, and proper nursing care to ensure smooth recovery. Her wound was well managed, and she was given necessary medications and nutritional advice. Both mother and baby remained stable and healthy throughout the stay. After showing good improvement, Rasheda was discharged in well condition on 19.10.2025 with follow-up advice.

The doctor’s prognosis highlights that with timely monitoring and proper intervention, Raseda can have a safe delivery and both she and her baby can avoid life-threatening risks. A carefully planned C-section or appropriate medical management will greatly reduce the chances of obstructed labor, fetal distress, or other complications. This treatment can ensure the baby’s healthy arrival and protect Raseda’s well-being, allowing her to recover safely and care for her family. However, if left untreated, the breech presentation could lead to severe complications during labor, risking the survival of both mother and child. Timely medical action is therefore critical for saving two precious lives.
