Sabra, a 19-year-old gentle and patient young woman, lives in a rented home with her husband, parents, and younger sibling, making a family of five who survive on only 6,000 BDT a month. Her passion for cooking and dream of one day building her own food business shine through even in hardship, but her family’s low income leaves them unable to afford the urgent medical care she now needs. At 37 weeks pregnant, Sabra’s baby is in a breech presentation, and her mild anemia has left her weak and exhausted, putting both mother and child at risk. Doctors have advised timely medical intervention, likely a caesarean section, to ensure a safe delivery. Without this treatment, Sabra faces serious complications, including prolonged labor, birth trauma, or even the loss of her baby, a devastating blow to her family and her dreams.

Sabra was admitted to the hospital on 23.09.2025 at 37 weeks of pregnancy with complaints of abdominal pain, discomfort, and weakness due to mild anemia. The baby was found to be in a breech position, which increased the risks associated with natural delivery and added to her discomfort. Considering her condition, the medical team decided to proceed with a timely cesarean section on the same day. The operation was carried out successfully, and both mother and baby responded well to the treatment. During her hospital stay, Sabra received proper post-operative care, nutritional support, and monitoring to address her anemia and ensure stable recovery. By the time of discharge on 26.09.2025, both Sabra and her newborn were healthy and in stable condition.

With timely medical intervention, including proper management of anemia and a planned caesarean section for the breech presentation, Sabra has an excellent chance of delivering a healthy baby and recovering well herself.
