At 37+ weeks of her second pregnancy, Tania experienced lower abdominal pain and came to the hospital, where an ultrasound revealed a breech presentation. After experiencing, lower abdominal pain for 2 days over 37+weeks of her pregnancy , she arrived at our hospital at 1.00PM in 23th September 2025, where doctors performed an ultrasound and clinical examination that revealed breech presentation with fetal distress with previous history of caesarean section , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful female baby . Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM in 26th September 2025.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
