Sa’idu Auwali is a bright and resilient 12-year-old boy from Sabon Garin Kanuri Ward in Nguru. Despite growing up in a community with limited resources, he is known for his cheerful spirit and curiosity. Sa’idu loves playing football with his friends in the evenings and enjoys drawing, especially animals and village scenes. Sa’idu Auwali symptoms began with high fever, weakness, headache, abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea, which lasted for six days before he was admitted to General Hospital Nguru on 12th September 2025. Upon presentation at our hospital and after further evaluation, he was diagnosed with Typhoid. He was treated with IV fluids, antibiotics, and supportive care. Over the next few days, his condition steadily improved. By the fifth day, his symptoms had resolved, and he was discharged in stable condition on 17th September 2025. Sa’idu is now recovering well and scheduled for follow-up.

SumSa’idu Auwali was admitted on 12th September 2025 with typhoid fever and received treatment including IV antibiotics, fluids, and supportive care. Thanks to full support from The Helpster Charity, all medical costs were covered. He responded well to treatment and was discharged in stable condition on 17th September 2025.

Sa’idu is suffering from acute typhoid fever, a bacterial infection causing high fever, weakness, abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. The doctor’s prognosis is positive with timely treatment—Sa’idu is expected to fully recover without complications. However, if left untreated, typhoid fever can lead to severe illness, complications, or even be life-threatening.
