Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Bright was apparently well until 6 days prior to presentation that he started having fever with chills. Medical history

Bright a 1 year old child was brought to WholeCare hospital for check up but the mother wasn't able to pay. The doctor admitted them according to Helpster Charity criteria and explained the importance of the program. The child was diagnosed with protein energy malnutrition, treatment commenced immediately with some IV fluids, antibiotics and other supportive care. As soon as He was stable, the doctor discharged them with some advice on the importance of giving quality food to speed up the medication and strength of the child. He also supported her with a crate of egg. They appreciate Helpster Charity team for supporting their medications.

Outcome

With early detection, adequate nutrition, and medical care, most children with protein-energy malnutrition recover well and regain normal growth. However, severe or prolonged cases can lead to delayed development, weakened immunity, or even death if untreated. Long-term follow-up and proper feeding practices are essential to prevent recurrence.
