Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Jahidul Islam, a kind and humble 20-year-old young man, once dreamed of completing his Madrasa education and supporting his family. But after his father’s small farming income failed to meet the family’s needs, Jahidul moved to Dhaka in search of work, only to be forced back home by illness and breathing difficulties. His family of five now struggles to afford even daily necessities, making the costly nasal surgery beyond their reach. Despite his pain, Jahidul remains hopeful and helps his father on the farm, though his constant nasal blockage, headaches, and sleepless nights make life difficult. Without the surgery, his condition could worsen, leading to chronic infections, worsening breathing problems, and permanent loss of productivity, robbing him of the chance to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Medical history
Md Jahidul Islam was admitted to the hospital on October 10, 2025 Nasal Obstruction. On the same day, doctor conducted Septoplasty. After two days, he was discharged on October 12, 2025, in good health. His father and mother came to the hospital to receive her. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Mother Clinic and, Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Her father was especially thankful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster.
Outcome
The doctor has recommended Submucous Resection (SMR) with Endoscopic Cauterization Therapy (ECT) on both sides as the best treatment for Md. Jahidul Islam’s nasal condition. This procedure will help correct the deviated septum and reduce the enlarged nasal turbinates, allowing him to breathe freely and comfortably again. With successful treatment, he is expected to experience improved airflow, better sleep, and relief from chronic nasal blockage or sinus issues. However, if left untreated, he may continue to suffer from persistent nasal obstruction, recurrent sinus infections, headaches, and reduced quality of life. Early intervention will ensure lasting relief and prevent further complications.
