Samiul Islam Sabbir, an 8-year-old madrasa student with a kind heart and the dream of becoming a teacher someday, lives with his parents and two siblings in a household struggling to make ends meet. His father earns very little as a day laborer, and with five family members to support, they cannot afford the medical care Samiul urgently needs. Despite being playful, hardworking, and full of hope, Samiul has become weak and unable to study or play football because of his worsening fever, breathing difficulty, and palpitations. If left untreated, his condition could develop into a severe respiratory or cardiac complication, putting his young life at serious risk. Proper medical treatment is essential to help him recover, return to school, and continue pursuing the bright future he dreams of.

Samiul Islam was admitted to the hospital on September 23, 2025, with Cough, Palpitation and fever. After diagnoses, he was found with Pneumonia. After getting treatment for 5 days, he was discharged on September 27, 2025, in good health. His mother came to the hospital to receive him. The doctors believe that with hospital admission, parenteral antibiotics, oxygen therapy, and proper nutritional support, Samiul has an excellent chance of recovering fully from severe pneumonia.
