Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Khalid Waheed is a ten years old boy, from Apomu in Ayedaada local government of Osun State,south-West Nigeria. He lost his mother in 2019, after which the father relocated to Ijebu-Ode in Ogun State. His father would leave him alone in the house, while he would travel to a village in Ondo state for his farming activity. He was then handed over to Mr and Mrs Asiwaju to help take care of him while he was away. Khalid Waheed is very shy, mixes with friends easily, he is a natural and born leader. He loves sports and music. His parents are uneducated and poor and this affects his academics. Waheed has been suffering for Left inguinal hernia for the past 6 years now and his parents couldn't afford to pay for the medical treatment [surgery].

Medical history

Parents Comment: As Khalid Father,I am very very grateful.I want to say a big thank you to the Helpster Charity Organization that funds treatment of my son's sickness which I don't have money to treat. My Son is now okay and fine.My God will continue to bless the Organization. Once again,I say a Big thank you. Mr.Waheed Doctor's report: The surgery was carried out as scheduled. The patient responded well to the surgery and the post operative management. Waheed was discharged at the stable state of health.

Outcome

If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
