Rahim is a bright, cheerful 8-year-old who loves to draw and dream about becoming a businessman, but his laughter now hides daily pain that makes it hard for him to sit, walk, or play. A herniotomy was performed on 22.11.2025, and the operation was successful, with the hernia safely corrected and no postoperative complications observed. The doctor has recommended a left-sided congenital inguinoscrotal herniotomy under general anesthesia (GA) as the safest treatment option for Rahim. The condition could also lead to serious complications such as bowel obstruction or strangulation. However, if herniotomy is performed, the swelling and discomfort will be resolved, allowing him to move freely, return to school, and lead a normal, active life. The surgery would greatly improve his health and overall quality of life.
