Mst. Mursida Khatun is a young, gentle housewife who has already endured the pain of losing her first child and now carries great hope for this pregnancy. Her husband, Md. Hasan Babu, a day laborer with unstable income, learned about Helpster Charity through Bablu Abdullah and sought help when they realized they could not afford medical treatment. Mst Mursida Khatun was admitted to the hospital on October 26, 2025, with a diagnosis of severe oligohydramnios and Adnexal Cyst. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on October 30, 2025, in good health. The doctor has advised LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) along with removal of the right adnexal cyst as the safest treatment option for Mursida Khatun. This combined procedure will allow the baby to be delivered safely despite severe oligohydramnios, while also preventing future complications from the adnexal cyst. With timely surgery, the chances of fetal survival and a healthy recovery for the mother are significantly improved. However, if left untreated, the baby may suffer from severe fetal distress, oxygen deprivation, or stillbirth. The mother could also face serious risks such as infection, rupture, severe pain, or life-threatening complications during labor.
