Mst. Kajuli Akter is a 28-year-old woman, currently 36 weeks pregnant with her third child. She has a history of a previous cesarean section and the loss of both previous babies. Recently, she developed per vaginal watery discharge, indicating premature rupture of membranes (PROM), which poses serious risks to both her and her unborn baby. Her husband, Sujon Miah, is a day laborer earning around 10,000 Taka per month, and the family of six lives in poverty with her parents due to not having a permanent home. Most Kajuli Akter was admitted to the hospital on October 28, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation and Oligohydramnois. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on November 02, 2025, in good health.
