Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mst. Sufia Khatun, a humble and caring 44-year-old housewife, lives with her husband, son, and elderly mother-in-law in a small, struggling household. Her husband, a rickshaw puller, earns only 8,000 taka per month — barely enough to cover food, rent, and basic needs. Now 37 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with a breech presentation, Sufia faces a high-risk delivery that requires urgent medical attention. Without proper treatment, both she and her unborn baby could face life-threatening complications during childbirth. The family’s limited income makes it impossible to afford hospital expenses, leaving them deeply worried but hopeful that support will come in time to save both mother and child.
Medical history
Mst Sufia Khatun was admitted to the hospital on October 27, 2025, with a diagnosis of 3rd gradita and breech presentation . On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on November 01, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Her husband was especially thankful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster.
Outcome
The doctor has recommended a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) as the safest treatment option for Mst. Sufia Khatun due to her breech presentation. This procedure will help deliver the baby safely and prevent life-threatening complications such as umbilical cord compression or fetal distress. With timely surgery, both Sufia and her baby have a high chance of recovery and a healthy outcome. However, if left untreated, the breech position could lead to obstructed labor, serious injury to the baby, or even the loss of both mother and child. Early medical intervention is therefore critical to ensure their safety and well-being.
