Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Sharmin Begum is a gentle and caring 24-year-old pregnant housewife who dreams of a peaceful life with her husband, Amin Mridha, and a healthy future for her unborn child. Her husband works as a daily wage laborer, earning only BDT 8,000 per month, which must support the entire family, including Sharmin’s elderly mother, Bakul Begum, leaving no capacity to afford emergency medical expenses. When Sharmin suddenly developed serious complications late in pregnancy, doctors advised an immediate cesarean section to save the baby’s life. Without timely surgery, both the mother and unborn child face severe and life-threatening risks. The family learned about Helpster Charity through miking and leaflets and is now seeking urgent support to ensure a safe delivery and protect their family’s future.

Medical history

After experiencing, Spontaneous rupture of membrane & continuous leaking for 01 day , she arrived at our hospital at 7.00 PM in 24 October 2025 and doctors performed an ultrasound that revealed amniotic fluid is very low , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful male baby. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM in 28th October 2025.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Outcome

Doctors have advised LUCS as the safest and most effective treatment to manage Sharmin’s current pregnancy complication and protect both mother and baby. With timely surgery, the baby can be delivered safely, and Sharmin is expected to recover well and return to normal life with proper post-operative care. The procedure will prevent further complications caused by low amniotic fluid and prolonged leakage. If the surgery is delayed or not performed, the unborn baby may face severe distress, infection, or even loss of life, and the mother’s health could also be seriously endangered. Prompt treatment is critical to ensure the survival and well-being of both mother and child.
